By popular demand, the North Western Health Board Lifeskills series has been revised, redeveloped and revamped.

• Activities correspond with the Teachers Lesson Plans (Please note that the worksheets in the Student Workbook relate directly to teaching in the Teachers Lesson Plan Book and are not designed for use own their own.)
• Portfolio based with perforated inserts so that students can assemble in a binder with Year 1 and Year 2 workbooks and other SPHE work if desired.
• This Student Workbook accompanies the new Healthy Choices – 3rd Year Junior Cycle Teachers Pack and is not designed for use on its own
