The Student Booklet of Beliefs for Empowerment is 10 Lessons that introduce children to particular beliefs and encourage them to explore and try them out for themselves. Children learn that Beliefs for Empowerment is like batteries. They provide power and energy. The children are then given the opportunity to see and record the effects of each belief on their well-being. Gradually, the Student Booklet develops into a very personal portfolio.
